Honda CR-V Powers Dreams With ‘Wild Horse Chase’
Leo Burnett Melbourne spot plays on family life’s unpredictable nature
Honda CR-V’s “Wild Horse Chase,” GPC Rating: 7
Leo Burnett Melbourne took us on a memorable adventure with “Wild Horse Chase,” a spot that proves no matter where the road leads, the Honda CR-V Series II is the SUV that's made to “go with it.”
Determined to replace his daughter’s broken pink toy horse, a father packs his family into their Honda CR-V SUV and they drive out to the “Ranch of the Rainbow.” The story drifts into a surreal realm as they chase a herd of “Prismatic Ponies.”
Set to The Black Keys’ lively “Howlin’ For You," the spot was praised for its sound design and cinematography. The agency’s bravery to branch out from the common product-attribute-driven communication ultimately helped “Wild Horse Chase” standout from the crowd.
